Cancellation Policy
BOOKING POLICY: A valid card on file is required to book.
There will be a NON refundable retainer due for services, this will be transferred to your service the day of.
Same day cancellation is 50% of service retainer it is NON REFUNDABLE. Second time same day cancellation 100% charge, and you will blocked from booking any future appointments with me.
I charge 100% for no call no shows, and you will be blocked from booking going forward as my time and business is very important to me.
You have 48 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A VALID credit/debit card is required to hold your appointment, feel free to contact me for any questions or concerns.
If If there are any discrepancies you have 72 hours to come in for a free 20 minute touchup. No Refunds will be issued as my time and tools cannot be replaced.
If you have less than 40% of your lashes, you will be charged according to your fullness.
LATE POLICY: If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be charged full price and we will reschedule your appointment for another day.
